Fundability - Success Guarantee Agreement
Thank you for choosing us to help build your business credit profile with Fundability, provided by Credit Suite Inc. and distributed through Connect Pointe LLC. We’re excited to support your success!
Enjoy personalized coaching for one year and lifetime access to the Fundability Platform. If your business doesn’t achieve an 80+ credit score on at least one major credit bureau within one year, we’ll refund your payment.
To activate this guarantee, please ensure you:
1. Complete all program steps within the timelines provided by your advisory team.
2. Keep all accounts in your business credit profile current.
3. Stay engaged by attending sessions and following guidance from your coaches.
4. Maintain good standing with Connect Pointe LLC by keeping payments timely.
5. Provide accurate financial information and promptly inform us of any significant changes.
If these conditions aren’t fully met, the guarantee is void. The client must provide proof of compliance with each of the conditions above to validate the guarantee. The guarantee won’t apply if you stop actively participating, miss sessions, disengage from the program, or take actions that harm your credit profile.
Our guarantee does not cover factors we can’t control, such as regulatory changes, your actions that negatively impact your credit, or issues from third parties. If your business doesn’t reach an 80+ score within a year, we may offer six more months of support at our discretion; this doesn’t replace or delay the money-back guarantee.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Fundability product. We aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to this agreement. Please don’t publicly share details of your experience or this agreement without our written consent, especially regarding refund requests.
If any issues arise, we’ll first try mediation, and if that doesn’t work, we’ll move to binding arbitration before court proceedings. By checking the box, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to all terms and conditions. Your electronic acceptance is legally binding, like a physical signature.

Your advisory team’s availability and support commitments are detailed in the attached schedule, which we’ll strictly follow. This document represents our complete understanding and supersedes any previous agreements.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, with disputes resolved in the Superior Court of Sheridan, Wyoming. The agreement takes effect when we receive your initial payment to Connect Pointe LLC. Feel free to print or download a copy for your records.
